Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our team as Manager or Director of Business Development. The title and scope of responsibilities will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving Selecxine’s growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic business opportunities, including partnerships and licensing agreements with biotech firms and global pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, lead and manage potential partners for licensing agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, collaborators, and key industry stakeholders. Develop and implement a robust business development strategy to enhance market presence and accelerate company growth. Lead the identification, assessment, negotiation, and management of high-impact business opportunities that align with Selecxine’s long-term strategic goals. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment on business priorities.

Qualifications

• Language: Fluent in both Korean and English (verbal and written) — Required.

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; background in biological sciences (e.g., biochemistry, immunology) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience: Prior experience in business development or the life sciences industry is preferred but not required.

• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30%.
